What should a child do in case he/she is abused?

What you need to do, when you find out that someone is sexually abusing you is SPEAK OUT. Reach out to your parents/teachers, friends immediately. Not talking about what you are going through will not make things easier for you. You need to also tell the person who is doing that to you, that you would tell your parents about this. A lot of times these could actually stop the abuse. However, if it still persists, please speak to your parents/teachers/friends immediately so that they can help you out.

Yes, I agree. The victim and the victim's family need to spread the word about the abuser in their community - tell their friends, family and other relatives about how a particular person is not to be trusted with children/ adolescents. This can be done without disclosing the identity og the abused person - it can ba as simple as saying 'You know what? I heard that children are not safe with that (abuser)person. Be careful. Some one told me and I am telling you this because I care for your children." Since the whole conversation is oral and is not being recorded, there is no danger of libel!
Lets speak out and save our children and youth!
